MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – July 1, 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Ed Deming
Phil Grannan
Discussed grant applications with Phil Grannan. Phil will need to meet with Ed Deming to discuss the application for replacing the culvert on Colebrook River Road.
Ed met with the Selectmen to update them on DPW. Ed was requested to remove all trash from the Town Hall regularly on Monday’s and install an air conditioner in the Town Clerk’s office.
Sue Voudren, Town Clerk would like to send letters to Council on Aging asking if anyone would be interested in working elections. It had been suggested that Sue speak with the Council on Aging, Chairman.
